Jason joined Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A., in 2002, and became a director of the firm in 2009 and was elected in 2025 as the President and Chairman of the Board of the firm. With over 23 years of experience in the firm’s Business, M&A, Health Care, and Real Estate practice areas, Jason has been a key figure at KWGD, having previously served as Vice President and a member of the Management Committee, and currently serving as Chair of the firm’s Health Care practice section, Chair of the firm’s IT Committee, and a member of the firm’s Associate Development and Recruiting Committees. Jason brings outstanding leadership skills, a dedication to client service, and strategic vision to his new role at the firm. Jason is the President of Alpha Land Title.

Scott started with Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. and real estate title company, Alpha Land Title Agency, Inc., in 1999 while completing his undergraduate degree at Malone University. Scott then began his law career working as a law clerk with the firm while completing his law degree at the University of Akron. Scott is a member of the Stark County Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Building Industry Association of Stark County. Scott is the Vice President of Alpha Land Title.

Wayne is a Director with the law firm of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. (KWGD) and practices in the areas of Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use, Oil, Gas & Mineral Law, and Municipal Law. As part of his real estate practice, Wayne negotiates all documents related to real estate transactions (deeds, leases, purchase agreements, mortgages, etc.) and is constantly reviewing zoning and land use codes related to various real estate matters. Prior to joining KWGD, Wayne worked as a project manager and in-house counsel with an oil and gas firm overseeing projects in the Appalachian Land Basin. Wayne was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, where he attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a B.A. in criminology in 2007. He then moved to Northeast Ohio to attend the University of Akron School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctorate in 2011. Wayne is a proud resident of the City of North Canton, Ohio, where he lives with his wife Jessica and three daughters. Wayne is a member of the Stark County Bar Association Grievance Committee, which strives to ensure the ongoing ethical excellence of the legal profession. Wayne is an active member of the North Canton community, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Children’s Network and is the music director of Open Door Baptist Church. Wayne is a member of the Stark County Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Building Industry of Stark County (BIA), and serves on the Board of Directors of local youth-oriented organizations. Wayne is Secretary of Alpha Land Title.
